January 20th ATTENTION PARENTS MASS COMMUNITY SCREENING FOR 3, 4, AND 5 YEAR OLD CHILDREN PLACE: Max Elementary School DATE: Tuesday, January 20, 2026 TIME: 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. NOTE: If interested please contact Max Elementary School at 679-2685, to schedule an appointment. Space is limited. The screening will include: *VISION *HEARING *DEVELOPMENTAL *SPEECH & LANGUAGE Screenings are designed to quickly look at your child's development in the areas listed above. The screening cannot provide diagnosis of a particular problem should one exist. However, the screening will provide an indication of the child's general development.

January 12th Each day we will be highlighting a few seniors. Layton Fannik is the son of Delvin and Kristi Fannik. He participated in trap shooting and FFA. Layton plans on attending North Dakota State College of Science majoring in Diesel Technology. He plans to return to the family farm and own his own diesel repair shop. Layton's favorite memory from high school is having a helium balloon in science class. Congratulations Layton!!! Reine Ballesteros is the daughter of Rene and Annalissa Ballesteros. She participated in National Honor Society, Campus Journalist of the Pillars, and Learner Government Commission of Elections and Appointments. Reine plans on working as a CAN after graduation. Her favorite memory from high school is experiencing school in the United States and meeting new people. Congratulations Reine!!!
